init, apt-listbugs & apt-listchanges

Hi all,
This will be a sorta longish post about apt-listbugs and apt-listchanges, packages which can and do help you if you are using a deb-based distribution as your Operating System/Poison of choice. The rest of the blog post would be about how I do/go about configuring those two packages and where they are more helpful than others.
